April Whole School Assembly

Tomorrow Friday April 23rd we are having a whole school assembly to celebrate Autism Awareness Month. We will have a little presentation and a video as part of the assembly and we are also launching our school competition to help us choose a name for our new sensory room.

Following that on Friday April 30th we are organising a small fundraiser with a fun no-uniform day. Any donations received will go towards Mayo Autism Camp which is an award winning local voluntary organisation which provides socially inclusive activities for autistic children and their families through play and peer interaction.

We would like to thank you and the Parents' Association who have contributed towards the development of a sensory area for our pupils and the Variety Charity. We will be telling you a little more about our sensory room in the near future.
