Mrs Claus has a special message for St Angela's Girls

Mrs Claus has made this special video for the ladies to tell them more about the fund day and the raffle. Your support appreciated. Please see the letter you recently received from our Parents' Association below.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope you and your families are all well.

Unfortunately we will not be able to have our annual fundraising Santa Stroll this year so St. Angela’s NS Parents’ Association, together with the staff are organising a Christmas Fun Day in the school.

We are sending home a ‘Donations envelope’ to support the day and our general fundraising efforts.

On Wednesday December 16th 2020 the girls will be encouraged to wear a Christmas Jumper or some festive colours. There is no need to buy anything special.

We hope to have a Reindeer Ramble at various times throughout the day. The girls will walk the school avenue in their classes, spreading Christmas cheer while maintaining social distance. Following the ramble, pupils will engage in some Christmas activities in their classrooms. We hope to have a zoom call from a Santa and a visit from Mrs Claus.

The girls are asked to return the envelopes with the donations on or before Dec 11th 2020 and we will include them in a mega prize draw to be held on the day. All prizes will be sourced from local businesses e.g. Swirl, Mayo Leisure Point, Castle books etc.

All funds raised will go directly to the upgrade and improvement of facilities and resources in St. Angela’s NS for the benefit of all children. Specifically this year we are fundraising for equipment for a sensory room and audio visual equipment.

As this is our main fundraiser for the year, we appreciate all your support. It benefits everyone.
