Quiz Night March 9th 2018

PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION Dear Parent/Guardians We invite you, parents and guardians to our Table Quiz in Rockys Bar on Friday, 9th March at 8:30 pm. Cost is €10 per head. All proceeds raised on the night will be put directly towards IT equipment. We are so proud of the fact that with your help and support we were able to greatly contribute towards the refurbishment of the computer room. Earlier this year we purchased lovely wooden toys for the junior rooms.

The school is hoping to invest in the network system to allow the student and teachers to use tablets/mobile devices in all sections of the school building. Therefore monies raised will be used to improve networking throughout the school and to purchase mobile devices. This will further enhance the teaching and learning opportunities enjoyed by our children.

We encourage you to come along and support your daughter’s school. It will be a chance to meet up with other parents and we hope it will be an enjoyable evening. Why not join up with other parents or bring along family and friends to make up a team..? There will also be a raffle on the night with many great prizes. We thank all our local businesses who donated spot prizes.

We have organised a Fun Day in the school on Wednesday 21st March with 'Magic Dan' to entertain all classes up to and including 3rd class. From 4th to 6th we will have a Quiz Evening in school at 7:30 pm. We will also have spot prizes on the night. This day will be funded by the Parents’ Association. We thank you for your continued support as we endeavour to assist our Principal and staff in every way we can. I look forward to seeing you at Quiz Night on 9th March.
